About project

Multifunctional house Triangl stage II offers 23 units from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. You can choose between smaller studios or large spacious apartments, mostly 4+kk.

The house is prepared in a higher standard, which corresponds to a pleasant location with excellent accessibility to the center of Brno.

In all units you will find above-standard equipment - practical vinyl floors, electrically operated aluminium blinds or high doors. Each unit has its own cellar and the units on the ground floor have separate gardens. All this already included in the price of the unit!

Each unit can have its own parking space in the adjacent private parking lot.

The completion date for the second stage of the Triangl residence is scheduled for the spring of 2024.

Location

The Triangl Residence is located in the Brno-Komín district on Podveská Street, near the High School of Informatics, Postal and Finance. The great advantage of the location of the building is great transport accessibility, while the project offers quiet and pleasant surroundings in a popular urban area.

Lovers of peace and relaxation, but also those who do not want to go too far to the city centre, will find it to their liking. There are plenty of public transport connections within easy reach of the development. The surrounding area is also ideal for leisure activities and sports. You can use, for example, the cycle path leading to the Brno dam, the nearby sports complex Hroch or the Palackého hill just 800 m away. The latter offers the possibility of walks in the picturesque forest.

Similarly to the first stage of the Triangl project, this stage also presents an unconventional house, which impresses not only by its shape and aparments layouts.

We have prepared truly superior equipment for you. You will appreciate quality glued vinyl floors not only because of their easy maintenance, but also because of their durability and long life. We equipped the rooms with raised doors 2,100 mm high.

Thermal comfort is ensured not only by high-quality building materials and state-of-the-art insulation, but also by triple-glazed aluminum windows. You can let as much sunlight into the rooms as you deem appropriate, comfortable shading will be provided by electrically controlled aluminum blinds on the front windows.

All balconies have a depth of at least 1.80 m. Thanks to this, you can conveniently place a dining table on it and invite guests to a summer barbecue. The railings of the balconies consist of designer perforated sheet metal made to measure for the Triangl project. It lets in enough light, but at the same time ensures privacy on the balconies.

Financing

  1. Reservation deposit of 200.000,-CZK incl. VAT (it is already included in the listed prices). This deposit is payable within 5 days after signing the reservation contract.
  2. The installment of 20% of the unit price incl. VAT, payable within 15 days after the signing of the Contract on the conclusion of the future contract on the transfer of ownership of immovable property.
  3. Instalment of 40% of the price of the unit incl. VAT upon completion of the rough construction of the house and at the same time upon the entry of the Owner's Declaration into the Land Registry.
  4. Instalment of 30% of the unit price incl. VAT upon completion of the plastering of the unit.
  5. The last instalment, as a supplementary payment of the purchase price up to 100% incl. VAT within 10 days after the house is approved.


The individual financing model for the client should be consulted and worked out at an informative personal meeting after the selection of a specific unit.
